      Thanks for your comment and inquiry. As you are in year 3 of your undergraduate program, you are not yet qualified to pursue the master program in Japan.

      However, if you want to take undergraduate program, you can take exam information issues around April each year at department of scholarship sites near by Apsara TV station.

      There are serveral types of scholarship for New Zealand and for several degrees such as Bachelor, Master and PhD., and the application form some case is different. Also, essay or research plan is so important for those applications.

      Let me tell you briefly about my background, I studied at Faculty of Law and Economics and gained a Diploma in Banking. After that, I continued my bachelor degree with Build Bright University majoring in Accounting and Finance.
      Now I am currently employed one of the governmental agency called Apsara Authority based in Siem Reap. And I also work as language teacher.

      Therefore, I am still reluctant what to further study. Anyhow, I am interested in Education, Public Administration, and International Relations.
